Moslem Baptismal Certificate

Description

This certificate is for new and existing members who wish to complete their religious status and Moslem name correction process. It is used in conjunction with the Affidavit of Religious Reversion for correcting your personal information with the government (ID, Drivers License, SSN, etc). In most states the Affidavit of Religious Reversion will be sufficient, but the federal offices often require this certificate for correction of your identity status. It is only available to registered members of the Moorish Science Temple of America. Instructions will be provided to you by your local leadership once purchased and received.
